Abstract

SAUERWEIN, M.: Geoecological approaches to the judgement of the anthropogenic change of soils in the
city of Halle - Hercynia N.F. 35 (2002): 1-15.
Urban soils are characterized by a very heterogenious horizontal and vertical spreading. Through a ecological
founded approach of urban structure units it is shown, that the urban space pattern (especially
impressed by the structure of open and builded areas and the age of the buildings) has regulated effects
to the soils. This is reflected in the structure of the soils and the deep distribution pattern of different
household parameters. On the contrary it is possible to characterize the urban structure units. For this
purpose some residential areas of different age are presented. Furthermore the problems of such regionalizing-
approaches with regard to the using for householdmodelling are shown.
